1. Provider and acceptance
ComplyMore is provided by PVN Globals (“PVN Globals”, “ComplyMore”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or accessing or using ComplyMore, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Notice and our Account Cancellation and Refund Policy.
If you use ComplyMore for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. In that case, “you” and “your” refer to the organisation. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract.
2. What ComplyMore provides
ComplyMore helps organisations inspect public website behaviour, review observed cookies and similar technologies, configure and publish consent experiences, control tagged optional scripts, and retain privacy-minimised consent evidence. Features may vary by plan or evolve over time.
Automated results can be incomplete, outdated or uncertain because websites change, third-party code behaves differently by context, and some technologies are not observable during a bounded scan. You are responsible for reviewing findings and deciding how your organisation complies with law.
3. Accounts and access
- You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding access to your email and sign-in method.
- You must promptly notify us at hello@complymore.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Organisation owners and administrators control invitations, roles, teams and workspace access. You are responsible for granting appropriate access.
- You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or permits use by an unauthorised person.
5. Your compliance responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- the accuracy and lawfulness of your privacy notices, consent choices, purposes and classifications;
- deciding which technologies require consent or another lawful basis in each jurisdiction where you operate;
- configuring, installing and testing the banner and any script-blocking attributes correctly;
- ensuring that optional technologies remain controlled where required and that withdrawal is as easy as consent;
- responding to visitors’ privacy requests and grievances;
- obtaining all permissions needed for data and content you submit; and
- maintaining your own records, backups and independent legal advice where appropriate.
6. Plans, prices and billing
ComplyMore offers a permanent Free plan, a 14-day free trial of paid features, and two paid plans.
- Free: ₹0; one production site; 5,000 included page views; up to five manual scans with no scheduled scans; three months of online consent history; rollback to one previous version; knowledge-base access without direct support; and no Shopify integration.
- Trial: 14 consecutive days from workspace activation; one production site; 25,000 included page views; the Plus scan-to-publish workflow; manual rescans; one scheduled-scan evaluation; all 23 supported languages; and consent CSV export.
The published subscription prices and principal allowances at the effective date are:
- Plus: ₹999 per month, or ₹10,200 billed yearly (equivalent to ₹850 per month); one production site; 75,000 page views per month; monthly scheduled scans; and 12 months of online consent history.
- Pro: ₹1,799 per month, or ₹18,000 billed yearly (equivalent to ₹1,500 per month); three production sites; 300,000 pooled page views per month; weekly scheduled scans; and 24 months of online consent history.
During the trial, the application will show the trial end date, remaining days, any selected future plan and whether a payment method is on file. Before trial evidence is deleted or archived, you must be given an opportunity to export it. Any paid conversion date and charge will be disclosed in the application or checkout flow. Trial and plan allowances are service limits, not guarantees of unlimited scan depth or processing.
Applicable taxes may be added. Current plan details and limits shown during checkout form part of your order. Subscriptions renew for the selected monthly or annual period until cancelled. By starting a paid subscription, you authorise Cashfree and its payment partners to collect recurring charges using your selected payment method and applicable mandate.
You may cancel through available account controls or by contacting us. Any refund due is calculated under our Account Cancellation and Refund Policy. For a yearly plan, used time is charged using the plan’s regular monthly price rather than its discounted yearly equivalent. Failed or overdue payments may result in restricted dashboard features or suspension, but we aim not to abruptly disable an already-published visitor privacy control.
If you are already subscribed, you may upgrade to Pro or downgrade to Plus on a pro-rata basis. A downgrade refunds the remaining difference; an upgrade charges the additional remaining difference. If you move from monthly to yearly billing, your current monthly period completes first and the yearly price is charged at the next renewal. The detailed calculation rules are in the Account Cancellation and Refund Policy.
We may change prices for a future billing period after giving reasonable advance notice. A price change will not alter charges already paid for the current prepaid period.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use ComplyMore to:
- violate law, regulation, court order or another person’s rights;
- scan or interfere with systems you are not authorised to access;
- upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt the service or impose unreasonable load;
- attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits or usage limits;
- reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- resell, sublicense or provide the service as a bureau service unless we agree in writing;
- use consent evidence to build undeclared visitor profiles, discriminate, or facilitate unlawful tracking; or
- misrepresent ComplyMore output as a certification, legal opinion or guarantee of compliance.
8. Customer content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of information, configurations, branding and other content you submit to the service (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, transmit and display Customer Content only as necessary to provide, secure and support ComplyMore, comply with law and enforce these terms.
PVN Globals and its licensors retain all rights in ComplyMore, including its software, interface, documentation, reports, classification methods, designs, trademarks and improvements, excluding Customer Content. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these terms.
If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
9. Privacy and data protection
Our Privacy Notice explains how PVN Globals handles personal data. You must provide all notices and obtain all permissions required for personal data you submit or cause the service to process. For consent evidence collected from visitors to your website, you determine the relevant purposes and instructions, and we process that evidence to provide ComplyMore on your behalf.
You must not submit sensitive or unnecessary personal data in free-text fields, website names, classifications or support messages. You must not configure ComplyMore to track or behaviourally monitor children or direct targeted advertising at children contrary to applicable law.
10. Third-party services
ComplyMore relies on third-party services such as Supabase, Google Cloud, Cloudflare, Google sign-in and Cashfree. Their availability and processing are subject to their own terms. Customer websites and the trackers, scripts or services detected on them are also controlled by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party products, content, acts or omissions, though we remain responsible for our obligations under applicable law.
11. Availability and service changes
We may maintain, improve, add, remove or modify features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes, planned unavailability or the discontinuation of a paid feature when practical. Preview, pilot or beta features may change or stop without notice and may not receive the same support as generally available features.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using ComplyMore or cancel a subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a way likely to harm ComplyMore, our providers or others. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure before termination.
On termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity and general terms—will survive. Permanent account or organisation cancellation deletes organisation data, including consent evidence, as described in the Account Cancellation and Refund Policy. You must export any records you need before confirming deletion. Other retention is described in the Privacy Notice.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComplyMore is provided “as is” and “as available”. PVN Globals disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that scans will identify every cookie, tracker, script, legal requirement or compliance issue, or that use of the service will satisfy the DPDPA or any other law. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity or data, arising from these terms or the service, even if advised that such loss was possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PVN Globals’ aggregate liability arising from these terms or the service will not exceed the fees you paid to PVN Globals for ComplyMore during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
15. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify PVN Globals against third-party claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your Customer Content, your websites, your unlawful or unauthorised use of ComplyMore, or your breach of sections 4, 5, 7 or 9, except to the extent the claim was caused by PVN Globals’ breach, negligence or wilful misconduct.
16. General terms
These terms, the Privacy Notice and any order terms are the entire agreement about ComplyMore and replace earlier discussions on the same subject. If an order conflicts with these terms, the order controls only for that order. You may not assign the agreement without our written consent, except as part of a genuine merger or sale of substantially all relevant assets. We may assign it as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain effective. Delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These terms do not create a partnership, employment, agency or franchise relationship.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory dispute-resolution or consumer-protection rights that apply. Before filing a formal claim, each party should give the other written notice and try in good faith for 30 days to resolve the dispute.
17. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. If a change materially reduces your rights during a paid term, we will provide reasonable advance notice where practical. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
